• Settle any pending amounts within 7-10 business days after enrollment.
• Ensure all payments are made through Eduviz-approved payment gateways only. Personal UPI transactions are not accepted, and Eduviz is not responsible for any issues arising from such transactions.

Refund Policy:

• For refund-related inquiries, contact us at support@eduviz.in.
• We strive to resolve approved refund cases within 20-30 business days.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used.
• No cash refunds are provided under any circumstances.

Program Change Policy:

• Program changes are allowed if notified with email or call before the Program starts and if a slot is available.
• Switching to a higher-priced Program requires payment of the price difference and no reimbursement for lower-priced Programs.
• After the Program begins, a processing fee of INR 500/- applies for Program changes, with a one-time allowance. Additional changes will occur at an extra processing fee of INR 500/- each.

Cancellation Policy:

• If a Program does not start within 15 business days of the published start date, students can request a full refund or opt to join a different batch/Program .
• Eduviz reserves the right to cancel sessions due to factors such as instructor unavailability, insufficient participants, or force majeure events (e.g., earthquakes, fires, floods, riots, curfews, protests, strikes, or civil unrest).
